Bouygues E&S recognised as a Top Employer in the UK!

Bouygues Energies & Services (Bouygues E&S) has once again been recognised as a Top Employer in the UK. Our fifth consecutive win, the award is testament to the strength of our commitment to putting our people first.

The global authority on recognising excellence in people practices, the Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations after an in-depth evaluation process. Covering six HR domains, the thorough analysis included assessing Bouygues E&S across 20 topics, including our People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Wellbeing, and more.

We’re delighted to announce that we passed with flying colours and have been awarded the Top Employer in the UK accreditation. It was particularly gratifying to be recognised for both our ongoing dedication to diversity and inclusion and our strong alignment with the values of ethics and integrity, with both areas receiving full marks from Top Employer. Furthermore, our diligent efforts to accelerate our net-zero journey for both Bouygues E&S and our clients won us similarly high scores in the Sustainability topic. 

This award showcases our position as an employer of choice, underlining how our excellent people practices sustain a working environment in which our people feel empowered, supported, and welcomed. At a time of a growing skills gap within the industry, we are prouder than ever of our ability to attract and nurture our employees.
