Bouygues E&S Named as a Supplier on CCS Facilities Management Framework

Bouygues Energies & Services (Bouygues E&S) has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) new Facilities Management framework, RM6232. The framework will be used by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public sector bodies, including local authorities, health, police, fire and rescue, education and devolved administrations. RM6232 replaces the old FM framework, RM3830, which expires later this summer.

Bouygues E&S has won a place on all its preferred framework lots: Lots 1b and 1c for Total Facilities Management and Lots 2a, and 2b for Hard Facilities Management. This means Bouygues E&S will be automatically shortlisted for forthcoming, high-profile public sector Hard FM and TFM opportunities with a value between £1.5m and £10m per year.

The new framework gives a heavier weighting to quality in its contract award criteria, rather than lowest price, emphasising the importance of social value. This aligns to the values of Bouygues E&S and is reflected in the high scores awarded to its Sustainability and Social Value responses submitted during the framework’s tender process.

Simon Jacobs, Strategic Development Director at Bouygues E&S said, ‘We’re delighted to be named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s new Facilities Management framework. We’re particularly proud to have been awarded higher scores for sustainability and social value which play a such a crucial role across our contracts at Bouygues E&S.’

CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2021/22, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.8bn - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

The framework lasts for 4 years with a potential total value of approximately £8bn.
