Virology Research Laboratory, AstraZeneca  

  • Extension of the existing live pharmaceutical R&D facility

  • Design, construction, fit-out, M&E services, commissioning & validation

  • Compliance with cGMP standards and specific BS and EN functional safety standards

  350m2 - cGMP Standards - 9 months Fast track programme

Shrewsbury & Telford Hospital

 

New Sterile Service Department, Shrewsbury & Telford Hospital 

  • Design & build CSSD facilities

  • Installation of seven washer/disinfectors and five sterilisers with integral clean steam generators, fully automated purified water generation, storage and distribution systems

  • Compliant with the standards required by NHS Trust

  • BREEAM "Excellent" certification

  • Design, fit-out, installation, M&E, clean utilities, commissioning and validation

1,200m2 GFA - D Cleanroom grade - 11 months Project duration

Bedford Hospital NHS Trust

 

 

 

New Decontamination Unit, Bedford Hospital NHS Trust

  • Fit-out and construction of a new decontamination unit with associated process and building services
  • Installation of specialist equipment along with a unique automated purified water generation system, storage and distribution systems

  • Compliant with EU GMP Grade D cleanrooms

  • BREEAM "Excellent" certification

  • Design, construction, installation, M&E, clean utilities, commissioning and validation

700m2 GFA - D Cleanroom - 12 months Project duration

SCRM

 

 

 

High Grade Cleanroom: Steam Cell, SCRM

  • Design & build a teaching environment that offered both sterile and non-sterile areas to EU GMP grade B to D
  • Integration of specialist equipment; autoclaves, process gas systems as well as cryostorage facilities and walk-in cold room

  • BREEAM "Excellent" certification

  • Design, installation, M&E, process engineering and clean utility, validation and regulatory affair

  • Validated facility with successful HTA and MHRA inspections

1,110m2 GFA - B to D Cleanroom grade - 12 months project duration

University of York

 

 

 

The Biorenewables Development Centre, University of York

  • Turnkey design & build solution of an open access pilot scale facility and laboratory for biotechnology and bioprocessing

  • Integration and commissioning of novel extraction and processing

  • Working on a live operational site

  • Mater planning, feasibility study, design, fit-out, process engineering, M&E, commissioning and validation

8 Technology integration - 12 months Project duration
