We are pleased to announce Bouygues E&S Solutions has agreed to sponsor Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity (Lighthouse Club). As Lighthouse Club receives no public funding, we are proud to join the network of those within the industry who help fund their vital work.

The charity provides emotional, physical, and financial wellbeing support to the construction community and their families. A crucial element is their 24/7 Construction Industry Helpline, which provides the first point of contact for those who need to access a range of completely confidential support services including:

• Financial and debt advice
• Mental health support
• Legal advice and education

Over the course of what was a very challenging year for many, the Lighthouse Club provided a lifeline to 2264 families in 2020 through this service. 40% of these calls mentioned a mental health issue, underlining the importance of this service. 

As part of the construction industry family, Bouygues employees can access support from Lighthouse, whether through the Helpline, their app, or the training opportunities on their website. We know that it can sometimes be difficult to discuss sensitive issues with your line manager, so please remember that the Lighthouse Club can offer you free and confidential advice for a wide range of situations.
