Bouygues E&S Welcomes its Largest Ever Apprentice Cohort!
Last month, Bouygues Energies and Services (Bouygues E&S) hosted its first Apprenticeship Induction Day. Held at our London headquarters, we welcomed our largest cohort of apprentices yet to our ever-growing apprenticeship scheme and to the wider business. The new starters took advantage of our diverse range of apprenticeships, from electrical, carpentry, building services management, and even horticultural!
On the day, apprentices enjoyed a fully immersive experience. Whether they were discovering what we do as a business, the operations of different departments through interactive talks, or simply getting to know each other, the day was jam-packed with engaging activities.
The apprentices are now settling in to enjoy their apprenticeship programme. Moshe Ikala, who has just begun his Building Services Apprenticeship, enthuses:
"I'm on my second week and I'm enjoying every second of it. My apprenticeship programme is helping me gain a better understanding of my career while working, learning, and earning all at the same time. I can't wait to learn more skills!"
