Bouygues Energies & Services invests heavily in Early Careers, offering excellent personal and professional development opportunities, a strong support network and competitive reward package. We offer structured apprenticeship and graduate training schemes, designed to develop the business’ future leaders.

We also recognise the importance of developing the next generation of engineers, and actively partner with schools, colleges and universities to promote careers within the sector. As part of our ‘Step BY Step’ educational outreach scheme, we provide mentoring and work placement opportunities to undergraduate engineering students from local universities.
