Bouygues Energies & Services invests heavily in Early Careers, offering excellent personal and professional development opportunities, a strong support network and competitive reward package. We offer structured apprenticeship and graduate training schemes, designed to develop the business’ future leaders.

We also recognise the importance of developing the next generation of engineers, and actively partner with schools, colleges and universities to promote careers within the sector. As part of our ‘Step BY Step’ educational outreach scheme, we provide mentoring and work placement opportunities to undergraduate engineering students from local universities.

BYES Apprenticeship Scheme

We employ apprentices across our business, from Facilities Management to Engineering Contracting to Infrastructure and Support Services. We offer a range of opportunities from Intermediate (level 2) to Higher including Degree level. Apprentices are given real responsibility from day one of their programme, and are assigned a workplace mentor to support their development.

Apprentices benefit from access to bespoke learning and development opportunities, including mentoring, quarterly networking forums and outward bound development workshops.

Our apprenticeship opportunities are advertised on an ongoing basis throughout the year, via the ‘Find an Apprenticeship’ service on the GOV.UK website.
