Mark Acton, Chairs the panel discussion at DCME Virtual Event

On 6th October at 2pm Mark Acton will be joined by Dan Mace, EVP Bouygues Energies & Services, Ian Francis, Associate Director, Norman Disney & Young, Paul Henry, Regional Director for Infrastructure and Delivery for EMEA, Google.

They will be discussing the Pre-fabrication modular blocks: The paradigm shift to build a data centre differently?

New and different building techniques are required in today's modern ever-changing and fast-moving digital environments, where there’s a great demand for data centres to be operational and running yesterday.

They will be discussing new innovative techniques that increase efficiency of a traditional on-site construction, speed to market, quality and scalability that are all critical factors for the industry of today and tomorrow.

Pre-fabrication modular block solution is a technique that is currently being implemented by Bouygues Energies & Services on several of their projects. Dan Mace, EVP Bouygues Energies & Services has previously highlighted they were using the pre-fabrication solution on a project at Stockley Park Hyperspace Campus earlier this year.

Even though the technology isn’t new, will embracing the unique scale-up approach help speed up the design and build process?

Find out by joining the panel.
