Our employees matter to us. This is why every year we complete the Top Employers HR best practice assessment which provides an objective, fact-based evaluation of HR operations. This survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion and more. Established 30 years ago, the Top Employers Institute is the global authority on recognising excellence in people practices and has certified 1,691 organisations in 120 countries/regions.

Our methodology covers all aspects from career development to leadership, and from employee wellbeing to sustainability.
We have been awarded both the red and the blue Top Employer seal; the red seal for Bouygues Construction UK’s efforts in the United Kingdom. The blue seal means Bouygues Construction has achieved the certification for its businesses across Europe; a symbol of our commitment to always improving the employee experience.
